We will build you from the ground up! It can be intimidating to step in a Martial Arts gym but we will make you feel comfortable and teach you the fundamentals you need to succeed.
Men and boys should wear shorts without pockets if possible. A rashguard/compression will be optimal but a t shirt is ok.
Women normally wear compression shirts and pants/shorts.
2-3 days a week is perfect. Have fun and don't feel like you have to go everyday to get good!
We have classes from 2-3 and up. We teach how to train safely and have a welcoming environment.
We frequently travel around the country competing to test our skills. Competition is not required for promotion. You will have to earn your promotion, it is not given! We base promotions off of skill development, effort put in and being a positive representative to Jiu Jitsu.
Please consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. With that said, the only way you will get in Jiu Jitsu shape is by doing Jiu Jitsu. We will help you progress through a safe and systematic approach.
